WILMINGTON, N.C., JULY 31, 2026 — Raglan, in association with BC Customs (BCC), has been awarded an OTA by the U.S. Army to develop and deliver three prototype Infantry Squad Vehicle–Heavy (ISV-H) vehicles. BCC is the prime manufacturer and builds the vehicle. Raglan integrates export power and open-architecture vehicle control software, revengOS.
After a competitive selection, Army Contracting Command–Detroit Arsenal narrowed the field to three teams for the prototype phase: Ford, GM Defense, and BCC–Raglan. The ISV-H program carries an approved Army Acquisition Objective of 606 platforms. Among the Army’s core requirements are exportable power to support tactical operations and onboard power to enable mission command on the move.
